ORDERING
Orders made less than 30 days prior to arrival subject to availability and $25.00 service fee
Cancellations & REFUNDS
Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to delivery will receive a 100% refund
Refunds will not be made due to inclement weather
cleaning & washing
Linens:
All Linens will be delivered professionally cleaned
Return unlaundered Linens in container provided
Beach Supplies & Games:
We are at the beach so we cannot guarantee beach items will be 100% free of sand. However, all items will be cleaned before delivery
Items do not need to be cleaned on pick up day
delivery & pick up
Please inspect all supplies at time of delivery. Contact us on delivery day regarding any damaged or missing items.
We do not have scheduled delivery and pick up times
Your vacation supplies will be delivered to your vacation home on your day of arrival by 7:00pm unless otherwise noted. You do not need to be home to
accept delivery. All items will be left at your door and linens will be protected in the event of inclement weather.
By 7:00 am on the day of departure, please leave all your vacation supplies outside in the same spot where they were delivered. Again, you do not need to
be there at time of pick up.
lost, stolen or damaged items
Please inspect all supplies at time of delivery. Contact us on delivery day regarding any damaged or missing items.
You are responsible for any lost and/or stolen vacation supplies. Do not leave any items on the beach over night (typically the town will take them
away).
You will be responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
